Introduction to Psychology 

Class Maximum: 20 students, Introduction to Psychology through Walla Walla University is a two quarter sequence required for psychology and pre-med majors. All students are required to have at least one social science class, and the class also counts towards general elective hours. At UCA, one college class will be taught each semester. Applicants to the class are required to attend both semesters
Prerequisites and Requirements:
A minimum GPA of 3.5
Senior Class Standing
Personal interview with the course instructor
Submission of an MLA-formatted article response based on “How to Increase Serotonin in the Human Brain Without Drugs” by Simon N. Young. This includes:
  • A two-paragraph analysis with a summary and personal opinion
    Citations and thoughtful conclusions
“How to increase serotonin in the human brain without drugs.”
